  • Products must be returned with their original packaging when reasonably possible.

Items that have been installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or used may not qualify for a return unless they are defective or otherwise covered by applicable law.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, including situations where you change your mind or order the wrong product:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges, including our $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee, are nonrefundable.
  • We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.

If we shipped the wrong item or your product arrived damaged or defective, JeepSeries.com will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is necessary.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our products and work to ensure every order is accurate.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs if available.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:
